You can ensure the minimum of delay in receiving your documents by paying electronically. Using BACS, CHAPS or Faster Payment will mean you get your policies as soon as we receive the payment. We can still deal with cheques, but this may of course be influenced by any changes that banks or the Royal Mail make over the next few weeks.
