Announcing our new combined No Search and Contaminated Land policy


We’re pleased to announce a new product, combining two of our more commonly requested policies.

This latest combination is for a purchaser who chooses not to obtain searches, and provides cover where the property is affected by adverse entries that would have been revealed had a search been undertaken. The new homeowner is also protected if historical contamination is discovered at the property and the local authority takes enforcement action for the land to be cleaned-up.
