We’ve added another No Search Indemnity option for lenders, this time for individual transactions where no environmental reports will be obtained.

This type of policy has previously only been available for property portfolio risks, but in response to a number of requests for the policy for single properties, we’ve made this cover option available on Elite for the first time.

All the usual searches are covered as standard, plus the environmental report specifically for potential adverse entries in relation to historical contaminated land under part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Premiums start from a very competitive £24 for a £100,000 limit of indemnity.
