We’re pleased to tell you that the standard period of cover on our Maisonette/Flat and Contingent Buildings cover has increased to 35 years, and we’ve lowered our premiums too.

These changes apply to all of our Maisonette/Flat and Contingent Buildings covers, including our combined policies. Property owners are now covered for 35 years, while lenders are still covered for the full term of the mortgage.
