We’re delighted to let you know that we’ve not only made a significant improvement to our Sewer Indemnity cover, we’ve also reduced our premiums too.

In response to customer feedback, we’ve increased the period of cover on all of our residential Sewer Indemnity policies from 10 to 15 years as standard. Cover for lenders remains as the full term of the mortgage providing it is granted within the 15 year cover period.

On top of that, we’ve conducted a review of our premiums to ensure we remain competitive. As a result, we’re pleased to say that we’ve made significant cuts to our premiums.
