As a regular user of Elite, you know that you usually only need to answer a few straightforward questions in order to obtain a quote. But we recognise that sometimes there are aspects of a case that can’t be covered by our standard questions.

So we’re pleased to announce an exciting and innovative feature which means that, for quotes where the premium is over £100, you can let us know when there are mitigating circumstances that you feel may warrant a reduction in our quoted premium. 

Our new Lower Risk Discount facility can be found on the Quote Summary page and, to tell us why the risk deserves a discount, simply click the ‘Refer’ button and outline the details, attaching any supporting documentation. Our specialist underwriters will take a look and get back to you within just 15 minutes.
