In the coming months, we are set to launch a new version of our website, and it promises to be a real showstopper!

The details have been kept a closely guarded secret here at Countrywide, but we can't hold it in any longer. So, we thought we'd tell you a few of the key changes and enhanced benefits on offer on the new Countrywide site to whet your appetite for when it's launched.

More than just a quotation site

• Everything under one roof – our quotation website, Elite, will become part of our main site. This means, not only will you be able to obtain quotes as per usual, you’ll have information regarding our products and services, plus all our latest news, at your fingertips.
• Merging of our internal and external systems – one of the benefits this offers is that you will have 24/7 access to your quotes. Even if a quote has been obtained from us over the phone or by email, you will still be able to track its progress, send and receive correspondence regarding your enquiry, and to order it online.
• Complete account management facility – you will be able to manage your firm's entire account with Countrywide; including everything from enquiries and business placed with us both online and offline, to amending your firm's details and preferences.
• A shed load of covers – we've been working hard improving the site to enable us to offer more of our policies online, and we're pleased to say that you'll now have the choice of a staggering 240 different covers.

Existing users of Elite will be pleased to know that, in spite of these fairly significant changes, it will still be just as quick and easy to obtain a legal indemnity quotation as it ever was.

Exciting developments

The new site also gives us the potential to expand our services even further, and consequently, we have some exciting developments in the pipeline. For now, we're keeping those details under wraps - but keep your eyes peeled!
