Exciting updates for Elite
In response to feedback from our customers, we’ve made some great improvements to our online quotation service, Elite.
Customer feedback was central to our development process when we built the latest version of Elite, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance our service. So we’ve made some changes we think will make a big improvement to the way you get your quotes online.
Adding the insured address to quote documentation
Elite was designed to give you a quote as quickly as possible, which is why we didn’t ask for the property address details until the policy was ordered.
However, some of you said you would like the option to add the insured address to your quote documentation, so you’ll be pleased to know you can now do just that. Of course, you can still choose to provide us with the address when you come to order the policy, if you prefer to do so!
Confirming requirements at the click of a button
As much as we try to keep our quotes simple, sometimes the cover we offer is subject to certain requirements. Often we will simply need you to confirm that these have been met, which used to mean calling us or sending us an email. Now it’s as easy as clicking the ‘confirm’ button next to the requirement on the Quote summary page. And don’t forget, if a requirement asks for supporting documentation, you can use the ‘Email us’ facility on the same page to send it to us.
Paying for multiple policies
With so many of our customers taking advantage of the speed and ease of bank transfer payments, we wanted it to be just as easy for you to make a single payment for more than one policy. That’s why you can now select several policies and create a remittance advice in order to make a single payment for them all. You can find this new feature in the Outstanding Payments section of the Accounts Administration area (or Live Statement section if you have a monthly account).
