New line up for our Business Development team
Our Business Development team started 2024 with some staff moves, a new face joining, and even a new manager!
A familiar face to many of you, Tom Aldis has been in the Business Development team since 2015, and he’s delighted to now be taking on the role of manager. Having started his career in legal indemnity insurance over 20 years ago at Aviva, he arrived at Countrywide from Isis Conveyancing, where he was an underwriter handling commercial property, development and probate cases.
“Building good relationships with our customers is really important,” Tom told us. “The more we know about your firm’s preferences for arranging legal indemnity insurance, the more we’re able to tailor our service to fit the way your firm works.”
Alongside Tom, Paul Rinder has been appointed as the team’s assistant manager. Since joining Countrywide in 2019, Paul has taken a lead role managing relationships with some of our largest commercial customers. And moving across from our underwriting department, Oliver Jermany is a welcome addition to the team. Having spent the last four years dealing with requests from hundreds of firms, specialising in offering cover for high-value residential and commercial properties, Oliver is perfectly placed to talk about how we can improve our service for your firm.
Whether you’ve been dealing with Countrywide for years, or you’re a new customer, a conversation with Tom and his team can make a real difference. They frequently meet with firms to discuss a wide variety of topics, from selecting the most appropriate payment terms, or exploring the potential to integrate your case management system with our market-leading online quotation system, Elite, to simply setting up designated underwriters you can contact directly with your enquiries. Whatever it is, they’ll be happy to hear from you.
Whether you prefer an in-person meeting, a virtual one, or simply a phone call, why not call Tom and his team on 01603 617617 or email enquiries@cli.co.uk to see what they can do for you?
