We regularly review our policies to ensure they are as clear as possible and provide the best cover in our market.
As part of our latest review, we're pleased to tell you that we've made a positive adjustment to our Absent Landlord indemnity. The policy has recently been enhanced so that we also cover claims for back rent demanded by a landlord under the terms of a lease, up to six years before our cover commenced.
Granted, it's a minor change, but it's one that means our policy now compares even more favourably against that of our competitors; a number of whom are more restrictive in providing this type of cover. It's yet another example of us finding ways to make improvements to our products and services.
