When D:Ream sang that ‘things can only get better’, they could have been singing about Elite, which has seen the addition of a steady stream of innovative new features and new products.

When we redesigned and revamped Elite at the end of 2016, our goal was to build an online service which was unparalleled in the legal indemnity market. The response from our customers suggests they think we did a good job, but we’re not done yet; as fantastic as Elite is, we think we’ve made it even better.

A smarter approach to online discounts

Elite can offer instant quotes on over 400 legal indemnity products simply by asking a few questions. But we recognise that sometimes there are aspects of a case that can’t be covered by our standard questions.

So we’re pleased to announce an exciting and innovative feature which means that, for quotes where the premium is over £100, you can let us know when there are mitigating circumstances that you feel may warrant a reduction in our quoted premium.

Our new Lower Risk Discount facility can be found on the Quote Summary page and, to tell us why the risk deserves a discount, simply click the ‘Refer’ button and outline the details, attaching any supporting documentation. Our specialist underwriters will take a look and get back to you within just 15 minutes.
