But despite the rate at which technology has progressed, we've always done our best to move with the times, and responded to the changing ways in which our customers work. And when things change, they change quickly.

This not only allows us to be more efficient in handling your enquiries, it offers a significant side benefit in that we can instantly bank the premium, produce the policy and email it to you, which vastly improves the speed at which you receive your documents.
Along with the increased use of email to both arrange and receive legal indemnity policies, more and more of our customers are embracing our online quotation site, Elite. In response to the growing number of you who are using our website, we've recently introduced a new 'Live Chat' feature on Elite.
Live Chat gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get immediate responses in 'real time' from one of the experienced members of our team: since its launch only a few weeks ago, this new feature has already proved popular.
It'll be interesting to see what changes occur in the next few years which affect the way we all work. In the meantime though, we're not resting on our laurels; our in-house IT department is currently working on some exciting new features that we plan to introduce later in the year – so keep your eyes peeled.
