Single policies
Existing or potential breach of known and/or unknown freehold restrictive covenants
                    Potential forfeiture of lease due to breach of leasehold restrictive covenants
                    The title deeds to the property have been lost, destroyed or mislaid, where title is unregistered
                    Leasehold title to the property may be defective and rights of access granted in the lease may be ineffective, as the lease plan is missing, illegible or uncoloured.
                    Title to the property may be defective as the lease plan is missing, illegible, uncoloured or coloured incorrectly
                    Title may be subject to an outstanding leasehold interest arising from a missing lease
                    Title is subject to outstanding rights and/or easements
                    Combined policies
A freehold deed plan is missing or illegible which means rights of access and easements for services granted are ineffective and it is unclear which parts of the property are affected by freehold restrictive covenants and outstanding rights/easements
                    The missing/illegible lease to the property may contain unknown restrictive covenants, rights of way and easements for services
                    Leasehold title to the property may be defective and rights of access granted in the lease may be ineffective, as the lease plan is missing, illegible or uncoloured, and title to the property is registered with Good Leasehold title only
                    Title to the property may be defective as the lease plan is missing, illegible, uncoloured or coloured incorrectly, and title is registered with Good Leasehold title only
                    Title is subject to unknown freehold restrictive covenants, rights and easements
