Single policies

Inadequate provision to insure the building and/or reinstate the property or building

Lender only policy to cover the risk of forfeiture due to a future breach of the long lease by the borrower, where the lender is not notifiied due to the lack of a mortgagee protection clause in the lease.

Potential forfeiture of a superior lease which results in determination of the leasehold chain of title
