TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the intouch competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
General
- The competition will run between 9am Tuesday 22 July and 11.59pm on Friday 8 August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- To be considered as an eligible entrant for the prize draw, you must:
- be either a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or an individual acting under the supervision of a solicitor.
- have a valid work email address e.g. johnsmith@countrywidelegal.co.uk . Generic or team email addresses including but not limited to info@/team1@/admin@/accounts@ will not be eligible. Personal email addresses such as gmail.com and icloud.com will also be ineligible.
- have obtained at least one legal indemnity quote from Countrywide Legal Indemnities since 22 July 2022.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the draw, all you have to do is submit your name, email address, phone number and the name of the firm that you work for, together with the answers to the two competition questions, via the online form between 9am Tuesday 22 July and 11.59pm on Friday 8 August 2025. All entries without full contact details and a valid email address will be considered ineligible.
- You may enter the draw only once.
- Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Countrywide Legal Indemnities are not eligible to enter.
- Any personal information provided to Countrywide Legal Indemnities as a result of entering the competition may be supplied to a courier to allow the prize to be successfully delivered to the competition winner. A copy of our privacy policy, containing full details of how we use and look after your personal information, is available at https://cli.co.uk/privacy-policy
- The prize is a Ninja Swirl by CREAMi 13-in1 Soft Serve & Ice Cream Maker, Silver.
- The draw itself will take place on Monday 11 August and will be independently verified by Countrywide’s Compliance Manager. The winner will be drawn at random using an online random number generator to determine the winning entries, from all the eligible entries sent in within the specified competition dates.
- The competition winner will be notified as soon as possible after the closing date. If the competition winner cannot be contacted within seven days, or if they are unable to accept the prize, Countrywide Legal Indemnities reserves the right to draw another name from the eligible entries submitted before the closing date. Once the competition winner has been contacted, a confirmation email will be sent with the full details of the prize.
- The prizes are non-exchangeable, not for re-sale and there is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated.
- The names of all prize winners can be obtained on request by writing to The Marketing Manager, Countrywide Legal Indemnities, 3 St James Court, Whitefriars, Norwich, NR3 1RJ within three months of the closing date of the prize draw. Countrywide Legal Indemnities will also publish the names of all winners on its website, cli.co.uk.
